About Janet Moore

Janet Moore is a Certified Transformational Life Coach through the Brave Thinking Institute and a Certified Hypnotherapist with the International Alliance of Professional Complementary Practitioners. She is the creator of The Janet Moore Method™, a structured approach to updating the response patterns that shape how we think, feel, and act.

Janet’s Approach

Meaningful change rarely happens through effort alone. Most persistent patterns, the ones that quietly shape how we react, feel, and decide, developed over time and continue to operate outside conscious awareness. Insight helps us notice them. Something more is often needed to actually shift them.

The Janet Moore Method™ offers a calm, structured way to update those patterns so that change becomes stable and sustainable. The process may involve coaching, hypnotherapy, or structured development work, depending on what each person needs. The emphasis is always forward-focused, and clients are never required to revisit or relive past experiences in order to create meaningful change.

Janet’s work also focuses on helping individuals move through periods of change in a way that is calm, grounded, and sustainable. She brings together personal development coaching, hypnotherapy, and structured development programs to support real, lasting growth for a small number of clients at a time.

Sessions are private, confidential, and tailored to each person’s goals and circumstances. This work supports personal development and is not a replacement for medical or clinical care. When appropriate, Janet encourages clients to work alongside other professionals who can provide specialized support.

Janet’s approach is shaped by her own seasons of change, and by years of walking alongside others through theirs. She believes most people are far more capable than their circumstances tend to suggest, and that real change rarely happens by force. It happens when we become steady enough to see the next step clearly.

A Personal Note from Janet

There are moments in life when things no longer feel as certain as they once did. Not necessarily falling apart, just no longer as solid. In those moments, most of us begin to search for answers. We try to figure it out, fix it, move forward quickly.

What I have found, both in my own life and in the lives of the people I work with, is that clarity doesn’t come from rushing. It comes from becoming steady first.

I work with individuals who sense that something is shifting in their work, their identity, or their direction, and who don’t want to wait until they feel lost to begin finding themselves again. My work isn’t about pushing for change. It’s about creating the kind of internal steadiness that allows the right next step to become clear.

In a world that keeps accelerating, I offer a space to slow down. Not to stop, but to move forward with clarity, calm, and purpose.

If that resonates, I’d love to begin with a conversation.
